Money is not all the same. Investment Capital can come from a myriad of sources. Having an understanding of what the investment objectives are crucial to placing with the right potential investors. That is true in terms of risk, in terms of return expectations,  as well as timing, or how long to stay in the deal. Equity sources vary greatly from Institutional Investors such as Private Equity, Hedge Funds,Family Offices, REITS to private investors.


Aside from raising capital for owner/operators, Samson Capital actively invests in projects that meets its own investment criteria. Value add,Shorter term, high yield within Multifamily or Seniors Housing. Deal size should be $5M and up.
